Great news! Suspension of the Hull/Hingham ferry line is off the table!

The MBTA Fiscal and Management Control Board voted on December 14th to approve a modified service cut proposal as follows:

  • Retain the Hull/Hingham ferry route, but reduce the schedule to commuter hours in the morning and afternoon (exact schedule not yet announced)

  • Suspend Hingham ferry direct line for now

  • Implement service changes above in late January

At the current time, we do not have any details on the reduced schedule.  But we will continue to post information here as we have it and continue to Save The Ferry!

Testimonials:

"The boat as a commuting option has been a lifesaver for me. I work for a large non-profit human services agency in Boston, and we have remained open as essential services throughout the pandemic."
